Terms to review before enrolling

1. *Payment Terms:* – Tuition Fees: The total tuition for the DJ program is $500, paid in full before the start date of the class

2. *Cancellation Policy:* – Cancellation by Student: Students may cancel their enrollment up to 14 days before the start of the program with no penalty. Cancellations within 14 days will result in a forfeit of the enrollment fee. – Rescheduling: Students may reschedule classes with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of $50 per occurrence.

3. *Attendance Requirements:* Quick and Eazy dj school reserves the right to reschedule class in case of emergency. We will do our best to accommodate everyone.. – Regular Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Excessive absences may result in dismissal from the program. – Make-Up Classes: Missed classes can be made up within 7 days of the missed session, based on availability and scheduling coordination with instructors.

4. *Code of Conduct:* – Respectful Behavior: Students must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times. – Substance Use: Consumption of alcohol or drugs during classes or on school premises is strictly prohibited.

5. *Intellectual Property Rights:* – Course Materials: All course materials, including lectures, handouts, and audio samples, are the intellectual property of the DJ school and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.

6. *Equipment and Facilities:* – Equipment Care: Students are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of all equipment provided by the school. Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the student. – Facility Use: Students must adhere to the school’s guidelines for using facilities, including studio time scheduling and equipment booking procedures.

7. *Liability Waivers:* – Waiver of Liability: By enrolling in the Quick and Eazy DJ program, students waive any claims against the school for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during classes or related activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the school.

8. *Privacy Policy:* – Student Information: The school collects and uses student information solely for administrative and educational purposes, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

9. *Grievance Procedure:* – Complaint Resolution: Students may submit complaints or grievances in writing to the school’s administration, who will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

10. *Termination Clause:* – Termination by School: The school reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for non-payment, academic misconduct, violation of the code of conduct, or other justifiable reasons. Both parties, the DJ school, and the student should carefully review and agree to these terms and conditions before the commencement of the program.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
